About Julio
I'm a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence professional who turns raw operational data into clear, actionable decisions. My work blends analytics, process improvement, and automation to help teams see what is happening, understand why, and fix it.
With a continuous improvement mindset and a grounding in Lean methodologies, I look for waste, bottlenecks, and root causes, then build dashboards, Power Apps, and SharePoint workflows that keep improvements in place.
Outside of work I run my own homelab: a self-hosted stack on Proxmox and Docker, secured with Cloudflare and Tailscale. It is where I practice infrastructure automation and test new AI tools before applying them to real business problems.
